Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop and nurture relationships with existing accounts while seeking opportunities to expand the customer base by organizing and executing a strategic daily schedule to engage with current and prospective sales outlets and industry partners.

· Tailor sales presentations based on the specific needs and preferences of various sales outlets and industry partners.

· Direct sales efforts by analyzing the potential volume of dealerships, focusing on growth opportunities.

· Keep the management informed through detailed activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.

· Stay updated on market trends and competitors by gathering relevant information on pricing, products, new releases, delivery schedules, and merchandising methods.

· Address customer concerns effectively by investigating issues, devising solutions, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting recommendations to the management.

· Enhance professional and technical expertise by actively participating in educational workshops, staying abreast of industry publications, establishing robust professional networks, and engaging in relevant professional societies.

· Regularly travel within the assigned territory to maintain client relationships and foster business growth.

Competencies:

Customers Service, Achieving Sales Targets, Closing Techniques, Territory Management, Negotiation Skills, Sales Motivation, Self-Driven, Mechanical Aptitude, Strong Technical Background.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma Required; some college coursework or degree preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in outside/industrial sales.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Travel:

Daily regional travel to customer locations.

Work Environment:
Exposure to varied environments while traveling and visiting customer locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
