Contractor PPE Acknowledgement

At S&K Industrial, safety is a shared responsibility. All contractors, vendors, and third-party personnel performing work at S&K Industrial facilities or customer jobsites are required to comply with established Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. This acknowledgement confirms that required PPE expectations have been reviewed and will be followed at all times while on site.

Contractor PPE Requirements

Minimum PPE Requirements (All Job Sites)
• Safety glasses
• Steel-toe shoes
• High-visibility vests or shirts
• Long pants (no shorts permitted)

Additional PPE Requirements (Task-Specific)
Additional PPE may be required depending on the work being performed. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Hard hat or bump cap required when utilizing scissor lifts
• Hearing protection when required by customer or when noise levels exceed 85 dBA
• Fall arrest harness in all scissor and boom lifts
• Face shields when grinding
• Welding PPE when performing welding operations
