Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use Autodesk Inventor CAD software for design development and 3D modeling, generating bill of materials from 3D models.
- Lead projects from concept inception to final assembly, managing revisions, schedules, and customer proposals.
- Oversee fabrication and assembly of custom engineered solutions while adhering to budget constraints.
- Drive project plan and leverage project management tools for communication, resource planning and scheduling.
- Develop, revise, and ensure accuracy of production drawings, maintaining compliance with project specifications.
- Apply engineering knowledge to complete detailed drawings, adhering to industry standards including GD&T principles.
- Update and maintain drafting and engineering standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality design documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, production departments and outside resources providing project support.
- Assist in on-site project installations at customer sites, offering technical support and guidance.

Education and/or Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process or similar Engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (2 years), Autodesk AutoCad 2D (1 year).
- Understanding of pneumatic, electric, and structural design, familiarity with PLC controls and automation.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical education/experience.
- Familiarity with machining principals, general fabrication and hand/power tools.
